SB 553 -- CONVEYANCE IN NODAWAY COUNTY

This bill authorizes the Board of Regents of Northwest Missouri
State University to enter into a lease agreement with the
Missouri National Guard and the City of Maryville for a period
of 50 years to allow the National Guard and the city to build an
armory and civic center.
